Hormone Metabolic Consultation
$200 / Initial Ivestment
Your journey to a healthier and more balanced you begins with our comprehensive hormone and metabolic consultation. This one-hour appointment is designed to give us a complete understanding of your health story. During this time we will carefully review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, weight history if it is a concern, and your goals for long-term wellness. Our focus is always on discovering the root of how you feel so we can create a personalized plan that restores energy, clarity, and balance from within.
As part of this appointment we draw a complete laboratory panel that provides insight into your hormone, metabolic, thyroid, and micronutrient levels. These results allow our providers to identify where imbalances may exist and how best to support your body’s natural functions. We recommend fasting for twelve hours before your appointment if possible. During the fasting period you may drink water, have black coffee, and continue prescribed medications. If fasting is not possible on the day of your consultation we will gladly arrange a separate fasting lab appointment at a convenient time.
The initial comprehensive lab panel is $300. Once your results are available, you will return for a dedicated follow-up visit within one to two weeks. During this appointment your provider will review your results in detail, answer any questions, and create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Our goal is to ensure that every recommendation is thoughtful, achievable, and aligned with your lifestyle, helping you move toward lasting vitality and true balance.

Lab Interpretation Visit

This appointment will take place 1 to 2 weeks after your initial consultation. During this visit, our healthcare provider will review your lab results in detail, create an individualized plan of care, and provide expert guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Follow Up
$125 /45 min Visit
These appointments will take place after your initial hormone / metabolic consultation. A schedule for follow-up appointments will be established to monitor progress, labs, adjust medication dosages if necessary, etc. This appointment takes place 3 to 6 months after your initial consultation and lab interpretation visits in order for our healthcare provider to monitor your progress, labs, symptoms, etc.
Hormone Pellets-Women
$400 /pellet insertion
Patients must call the clinic to schedule this appointment, as it requires completing an initial Hormone / Metabolic Consultation first. This allows our provider to review your labs and other necessary information beforehand.
